We actually ended up with a pretty nice Christmas - since my parents were in pretty bad shape, I wasn't sure if we were going to have our extended family over as we usually do, but we ended up going through with it, which I think was the best thing for everyone. Oh, please please please let me know when you are going to the Art Institute! I love going there, as evidenced by several of the last week of photos on the blog.

I'm so sorry about Muggsy; losing a beloved pet is a terrible thing to go through.
