The biggest downside of the shuffle is you have no control over the order the songs are played in and there is no display. It shuffles your songs around and plays them in a random order so if you really want to listen to one song you have to skip skipping tracks unttil it is randomly selected. I jave an old scdhool Ipod mini & I must say if I could re-do my Ipod purchase I would have gotten a different brand. You can get a lot more MP3 player for your money if you get away from IPOD.

thank you for your wisdom! is it weird if I tell you that you actually made a cameo in a dream I had recently? I don't remember details, I mean I remember you were nice... you weren't trying to kill me or anything. But yes, you were. What country are you in nowadays? (in real life)

Yay- nice to know I am still haunting your dreams. I am back in the U.S.A. and back in good old Saratoga with my parents. Since I just got back I have no job & no money- so I will probably be living here forever. ;)

P.S. Sorry about the misinformation on the shuffle. I really thought you couldn't change it. :)

that thing about not being able to turn it off shuffle is false. its a nice, small mp3 player for cheap. theres no display, but it will hold roughly 240 songs. i think you might like it christy. the software is nice and easy to understand as well. that pricing is correct too.

thank you Thomas! I'm going to comparison shop this weekend. It's exciting. I'm easily amused. The end.

we should hang out and listen to our 8 tracks together!

...they are called 8 tracks right? maybe I should say "jam to the radio" instead.
