NEW APARTMENT! (Pic heavy)
So I just moved into my first apartment ever (not counting living in the dorms). I got a little one bed and bath place and am finally living on my own and doing things my way. As promised, I have pictures, though some of them are kinda blurry.
Uh, here's the front. I'm in lucky number seven.
I took pics of each room before I started moving stuff in. Because... Yeah. I dunno. I was just excited. Can you blame me?

A quick glance back to the living room (the kitchen area is immediately to the left).
Bathroom.
Obligatory bathroom mirror picture. The first of many I'm sure.
Now, out from the front of the bedroom.
And finally the bedroom. Not a very good picture, I admit. It's just that there's no extra place to back up and take a proper picture. Needless to say, it's smaller than the living room.
After my first load of junk. I had to stack it all in the middle of the room because the carpets were still wet from vacuuming. Grrr.
I met one of my neighbors. I looked like shit at the time, because it was storming hard as I was carrying stuff in, but whatever. Covered in rain and sweat and... Fedora. For some reason, it occurred to me that I must look like, to my neighbor, a jazz lover. I am not a lover of jazz. Fyi.
After getting the sofa and the second load in.
And then after going to get a third load and getting the ferrets. Note the lil nose pokin' out of the pet carrier.
Aaaand finally, some better pictures of my bedroom.
After about 5 or 6 hours of moving stuff in and cleaning, I was wiped and decided to conclude the night. I'm just waking up now so I thought I'd get my first night posted up before I start again.
I really like it so far. I'm not quite comfortable in it just yet, though. Mostly because I keep expecting something to go wrong. It's a great apartment and I got it for hella cheap. Plus I dreamed about bugs all night because my mum keeps saying "I hope this place doesn't have bugs!" And it's kinda warm in here and there are fans drying the carpet so air is getting blown about in the way that are ought not to, so I keep feeling like I've got bugs everywhere and goddamn it, if I do have bugs I'll be pissed. Lol.
Anyway. Here's my new place.
