Yeah that's completely right. People ragged on my ass for living with my mom until I was 20, but it's because I couldn't yet fully afford all the bills, and those same people were barely making, and were in debt. People are just fucking stupid. That's why I like my landlord. I pay my half, and my roommate pays her's when she can, and she always does. Bills get payed when they should, and if I can't pay it when I said I would I tell her before hand. I was lucky to get such a great roommate first off, but after I move out no more roommates cause damn it's so hard to really find.
I learned that one the hard way. Not only did I get saddled with irresposible roomates, but they were frat boys and sorority girls. The worst!! And the most spoiled. We almost got evicted for parties that I didn't even know took place. Anyway, hope your living situation gets better.
