If you dont take action now you will settle for nothing later.

Well this time I'm back with a quickness. To begin this spillage of nothing from my mouth, JB and Darren, update. Now on to other topics, good topics like shoes, pants, and burritos. I found myself wondering today, how long I will be able to wear my sandals. They are a staple in my attire, and I really don't know how I will do without them. To ( Read more... )

Hommie- I feel ya on all cylinders, 1st look the school thing, well I see it as one of those unfortunate evils in life we do have to deal with, I know for a fact that you, myself, and some others could totally be very sucessfull if we went in to the working world today w/out degrees, but some moron w/ a degree got together w/ some other morons with degres's and decided we all have to get degrees, and that sucks, on the resistance records I should be one of your a&r reps, I'll even be like diddy and work for free, also if black and wild is making a comeback tour I hope its for the music and not the bling bling ie other great comeback tours, fleetwood mac, and the eagles (j/k). but I am out later man

This probably doesn't even pertain to the topic, but i thought it was somewhat interesting. Did you know that in Japan your salary increases by age. It doesn't matter if you are the most skilled, intelligent worker in the business or the slacker...if you are older, automatically, you get paid more. It's interesting because if you think about it, does that really give the younger generation an incentive to work harder? I guess it's just in Japanese nature to be work-aholics (or so i've heard ). They work towards a different goal, a sense of accomplishment, as opposed to a beefy paycheck. Another thing i have learned is that schooling age limit is 24. If one hasnt aquired the skills and knowledge that they need by 24, then they must find a job that suits what they already know. Once they have reached this age, they cannot go back to school...so if ya live in Japan, ya better get on the ball fast. Luckily here in the U.S. you can take your sweet precious time in figuring out your future career and even change it later if you want.
