Okay.. I really really don't want to do my workout video.
So.. I think I'm going to get my stopwatch out and go up and down the stairs as much as I can and see how long "that" is.
Thats not such a crazy idea right? Its still doing something rather than nothing. Plus I think I'll use the weights a bit as well, maybe do more crunches, situps,
