Both me and my roomie have suffered, a couple times, with stomach upset after working out. Ours, to try and be delicate, come out the other end. I've not had a problem during a workout except for gas pains and such on those unfortunate occasions. I think it has to do with A) what we've eaten prior to the work out (both times were Lean Cusine meals) and B) the bouncing motion of the elliptical machines we use. Really churns up the innards sometimes. Eeeww.

Yea I hate it :( I think its because I've been working out earlier which means I work out closer to the time I eat and so things are still "settling" in my tummy. I'm also wondering if eating so little in the past (was too poor for much food) and suddenly eating "normal" meals is making my tummy all wierded out.

Hey chick!
You are beating yourself up a bit. It is good sometimes to step back and view how you are behaving towards your weight. I find I get angry with myself for not losing weight. When I realised this, I started to change getting like that, as it doesnt help.

You are young, which is a plus in the weight loss department. My cousin lost about 200 pounds and did not get any loose skin at all. I am hoping as I go along, I do not have these big skin folds under my arms. Gives me hope.

I know its hard with roommates. Keep low fat snacks around that you can eat all day long. I find its better to nosh all day than to eat three bigger meals. Keeps blood sugar stable too.
