Personally, I love non-fat cottage cheese. I can't tell the difference between it and "normal" cottage cheese. I could eat a bucket of it every day but try to limit myself to a healthy 1/2cup full or so.
really? I've always been unsure.. I think someone was like "Eeee Non-fat cottage cheese.." and it kinda worried me. I mean cottage cheese scares me if i think about it too much anyway.. but I love it too :) Maybe I'll go for the non-fat and see if I can tell any difference :)
I know what you mean about the lyrics of songs ... I find some really inspirational. I had this thing happening for a long time about 'flying' lyrics. I even wrote a page on my site about it. When I feel really down and like I can't go on and nothing is changing as fast as I like, the right music will just lift my spirits so much. Glad to hear you are looking after you, and sleeping :) Getting to bed earlier is an acquired habit (spoken by an ex-3 am bedtime person!), so just take it bit by bit :)
