I've been looking around at "Before and After" weightloss sites again.. and you know what I found..? You know how I'm always wanting to make a bigggg longggg list of things I want to be able to do after weightloss? Well one of these profiles did the same thing.. but! Then she put the date next to the item after she had lost enough weight to do it!

Congrats on doing the workout earlier! I find I let my busy-ness get in the way of exercising sometimes :( From reading your journal though, I absolutely know that you are going to make it! {{hugs}}

I dunno I guess I'll try it and see how it works. My lack of concentration is my main issue so I need to conquer that ;p
Its funny I'm not really busy that much at all - friends and whoever just always seem to want to do something right when I'm going to work out. It seems silly but my body gets in these modes where I reallly really want to work out but only at certain times.. which is why its so hard for me to just work out at a different time. Its like I'm not doing anything ALL day then suddenly I decide to work out sooon and I get a call to leave. *rolls eyes* :)

I'm gonna make a post Sunday about it, just attempting to either do or not do something for 23 days or so.. because supposedly after 21 days it becomes a habit, so I figured 21 days.. then a day or two to just absolutely make sure :)
