So yesterday was bad. I barely got in 32oz of water (half of my goal), I ate some brownies because everyone freaking brought brownies to the party and some cute guys kept saying "try them I made them myself" .... weak. I had 2-3 sodas, I drank some whiskey, I had two slices of pizza. Yea.. and I didn't remember to work out. Plus, I snacked on way
