Congrats on the first wk, I'm super tired (as usual haha) and going to bed, but I'll write a better update later, for now I just wanted to briefly copy your format for a weekly check-in!

My Weakness this Past Week: FOOD

My Strength: exercise

Improvement for Coming Week: NO BINGE EATING

My Weakness this Past Week: Exercising. I did workout but not as much as I wanted to get done during the week. I'd sit around and know good well I could be doing something productive.

My Strength: Eating only when I was hungry and not just for the hell of it. That's my main problem. I'm kinda happy how that turned out this week. There were a couple times when I would eat unnecessary foods but I think I've done better with that than anything else.

Improvement for Coming Week: I definitely want to work on my weakness more. Also, I want ot increase my intake of water. I've only been drinking 1 liter maybe a little more than that a day and that's only 32 oz.

I'm happy to hear yall are doing good as well. Well, yeah except the weaknesses but we can overcome them. Let's keep it up!

Absolutely! I think we're all doing great :)

I'm the same way as you with the "doing something productive while sitting around" .. I sit here and think "gee, I should do homework.. or clean.. or work out.. or something" and I just don't. Its highly annoying heh. Oi *bonks head*

Congrats on the eating well though :)
