I am proud. Finally I got off my butt and worked out again. I borrowed my mom's Richard Simmons "Latin Workout" so I did it tonight on a spur of the moment. 20 minutes of that. Then I stretched, did 20 squats, 20 pushups, 20 sits ups, some dumbbell reps for my arms, some crunches, and leg exercises. I'm exhausted! Richard Simmons was insanely easy
