(hugs) i hope you are doing much better now. you are strong and i know you can do this.
i am pretty much the same way about exercise, it's really hard for me to get myself motivated to do it if i'm not feeling great, but we have to keep in mind that exercise is what will make us feel great! i always feel so much better after exercise and it totally improves my mood. it's just so hard for me to get started, but if i keep the end result in mind hopefully i'll know it's worth it and get going. i am going to wake up early to try and exercise tomorrow first thing.
remember that you have to believe in yourself each time you try (and i think you do very well at this!). i don't think you've failed at all, maybe you've had some setbacks or learned some things about yourself or whatever, but that's all part of the process of change and you're very much still going strong.

Have a good trip! We all have these up and down periods. Im on one now. I decided I could feel shitty about not working out this week, or I could enjoy my self, and get myself back in the routine of it next week. And thats what Im going to do. I have needed some down time.. and had alot of events going on this week. But next week Ill be ready. And Im looking for a new gyum since my membership expired the 31. So im sure the new gym will inspire me :)
I hope we both get back on track next week :) I think we'll do great. I'm so tired of being in my little funk. I'm ready to kick butt. Hope you have a great weekend :)
