Did you brine the potatoes? I've only used brine to prepare green beans (which is delicious, btw). I plan to get back into more creative cooking in the new year (I've gotten super lazy). I think that brining more vegetables might be something to experiment with.

No, they're just boiled and then fried, I'll email you the recipe (which IIRC is vegan). How long do you brine green beans?
