It might not be wrong that your bi=polarish feeling is not just a personal one. And it may be much wider than a Sarnia thing. When I turn on the TV or radio these days, I almost get the feeling it's someone's plan that I should feel run down. But, luckily, there are all kinds of choices, like clicking on some of your songs, that can inspire and enliven. Maybe a few lows are a small price to pay for the dizzying heights that you've expressed so well in some of your beautiful positive songs. Thanks!

Wow, thank-you for the gift of your perspective. That really touched my heart, which I've been feeling like I'm losing lately. Good to know it's still there and you are here in this reality too!

Coincidentally, i was just thinking the same of myself - that i feel bipolar sometimes though i probably wouldn't actually fit the definition of bipolar. I think the phases are supposed to be months each? Whereas my two phases happen within a month. I think it's totally related to my menstrual cycle. Are your phases related at all to your cycle? I find a couple weeks before my period, sometimes i'm super happy and wired to the point that it makes me anxious even though sure it's nice to be excited about life. But i seem to get carried away with my feelings at that time and it makes me question if my feelings of happiness are real. Then the week before my period, i start to crash a bit and get down or very depressed. It makes me feel like i'm going crazy sometimes.

Maybe you should make a list of things you still want to do in life and then choose one you can work towards. Hopefully something new would refresh you. Or of course you could just travel:)
