At least mommy tried. They're disappointed, but I'm sure they understand that mommy did the best she could under the circumstances. I had the problem of buying large quantities of candy, baking peanut butter and butterscotch chip cookies and having absolutely no one come trick-or-treating to my door.

Oh, that's so sad. But, the good news is Halloween is only the beginning of the holiday season ^_____^

Not every Halloween gets rain, and as Doodle will learn soon, the holiday just gets better every year. Tristan's Jack-o-Lantern was still the most scary in our neighborhood (Several trick-or-treaters commented on the spookiness of it).
