Harro fans
So, updates are fun. I replaced my old wooden chair, which is falling apart under the weight of my corpulent behind, with a swively office chair, affording me hours of simple fun. I considered getting a replacement printer, too, but when I couldn't figure out why, I dropped the idea. I'll get one when I need one. Also bought a tent (pop-up) which exploded in my face and took a good half hour to wrestle back into its tiny bag, grr. I erected it this afternoon in the garden and I believe it will suffice for a friend's 30th next weekend. Such fun!
I attended a meeting with the district Scout group chairman and secretary this afternoon to discuss my part in 1st Hesket-in-the-Forest Scouts (well, cubs, but who's quibbling?) and got all excited when we talked about uniforms etc. I shall look SO. COOL. Pictures to follow when I get it. I also figured out what I am to do with my kids tomorrow at the end-of-term meeting. Jugs of water - 3&5. Get one jug with 4 gallons. As a back-up, I plan to give them some paper and tell them to walk through it. That oughta blow their minds. Yes, I am the evil leader. Sorry, too late now!
So, there it is. Oh, I also bought series 1-6 of Peep Show (watched) and Zulu (also watched). Totally worth it, but I do have too many DVD series. Or perhaps not enough. Hmm.
