This is such an amazing scene, I love it. I'm always crying by the end of it, but the little moment that really gets me going is his conversation with the homeless guy.

Al: It’ll be over soon. Right?
Greene: Yeah. It will.

I love this scene and the episode so much. This is the episode I like to remember Dr.Greene by. Was hangnail lady is first patient too?

yeah, hangnail lady and Al were both in the pilot. the writers did so well with their sendoff to Dr. Greene
