Weapon of choice: music. But there's more to my plan than just playing creepy obscure music. I'm going to make an intentionally bad comp cd full of ( Read more... )

I was fighting fire with fire in that situation. More appropriately, I was fighting insanity with insanity. I spent all of my time trying to get you out of my bed to go do anything other than slowly deteriorating.

slick.

I realize that everyone has one or two bands that they listen to that they are hesitent to tell people about just for the infinite amount of shit they will catch. These are what my taste in music consists of. So if I were in your position, I would have been playing:
Abba
Current 93
Carol King
Ace of Base
Joan Jett
Andi Sex Gang
Wesley Willis
and so much more........

when I was in the 6th grade, I liked some pretty foul music (ask haley). one day my neighbor was playing ace of base and my mom begged him to turn it off. I told my mom that she was just too old to appreciate good music.

damn it, now I have that fucking "I saw the sign" song in my head.

thanks a lot, val.

Foetus always makes me want to get up and leave.
We used to play Spike Jones if we wanted people to leave at parties. It's very annoying and funny at the same time.

I forgot all about Spike. Maybe some Tom Jones too.
