I watched "Hotel Rwanda" last night right after posting about video games and now I feel like a shallow american fuckface. I think I'm going to go out and start raising awareness about the genocide in Darfur to make up for it.

Often after watching documentaries or films like that I feel really bad about...well.. being a retarded white american. I get thoughts of selling my possessions and living a life less intrusive (then I realize i really dont have possessions worth selling) So I find my self thinking about volunteering and aiding in good enviro or humanist or anti-bush groups and after I think about all this I find my self feeling better for having thought about doing such things and go back to tv and a bong rip to reflect on the good things i thought about for the day.
Ah life is good.

gosh you guys are so in with the feeling it for others. I just think about watching television programs about people who volunteer for worthy causes.

Well at the rate of population growth if these 3rd worlders are starving it means one of 2 things 1) as food and water becomes more scarce we can eat ethiopian children (yummmm taste like chicken) 2) they wont be there eating our food. Ah the simplicity of it all.

true, but we are missing out on a huge cheap labor opportunity if all of those people die. I know I don't want to leave work after a long hard day making shoes to go pick the fruit I'm going to use as a side dish. As we all know, you have to have a nice fresh fruit salad when you eat ethiopians.
