Week 1 didn't go well.
Tuesday: 3 painful, slow miles. Everything hurt and I was still trying to kick the cold. Hooray marathon.
Wednesday: 3 slightly less painful, even slower miles. I went for a much smaller stride, higher turn over, but yeah, those were 12 min miles. Still came home with some hip pain.
