There were a whole bunch of halloween costume websites that had that dress available. Even some available on ebay.

(can you tell that I'm suddenly stressing about what to be for halloween?)

OK so me doing anythign with a pattern consists of me going to my mom and asking her to go the fabric store with me, help me find a pattern and then help me make it. We actually made my prom dress. Which basically means I cut it out and she sewed it together. But I did actually completely make my own Robe. (even bled on it) But yes I would try to make it if I though I could do it and I had my mom standing over my shoulder helping me.

I think the only way that I am like Martha is that people who don't know me often think I'm a bitch. ;-)

Nah! That was not my first impression of you at all! Too bad about the sewing, I would love to learn. Even have a sewingmachine hubby gave it to me 2 years ago for Xmas. It's still mint in the box!:)

Just take it out and try something. Simple seams and stuff can be doen just use easy to work with fabric and an easy apttern to begin with until you get the hang of it. Maybe even just make napkins, then all you're doing is putting a hem all the way around a square. it will get you used to the way the machine works.

I'd love to go as Marilyn Manson this year, hee that'd rock. Except, you know, I'm WAY too scared to put contacts in my eyes... fuck that noise!

You can order online I know and perhaps that place in Laurel the dance store next to the party store has one - they rent out costumes. I think I saw one there int he past.

If I were home I'd make it for you.
