In memories, Cedric dies again and again; Voldemort laughs to think of it. The way that boy’s face looked when he was killed…beautiful. Voldemort has never seen someone die so well. It stirs something in his heart…well, if he allowed such trivialities, he would indulge.
And yet, he finds it fitting to indulge anyway. He is constantly surrounded by hate and lust for power; no lust for beauty.
His vision is beautiful; Cedric was beautiful.
Voldemort half-wishes Cedric was alive, if only to kill him again; feel the warmth drain out of his body; see the eyes die.
Beauty completed.
