It's good to see your strength throughout this entry shining proudly. You'll find your way once God sees fit to give you the first "right" turn. And you'll never see it coming. In fact, before I met Cassie, I was actually RECOMMENDED to participate in NaNoWriMo this year by a potential match on a dating site and went ahead and gave it a go. God has a sense of humor sometimes, but He knows what He's doing. Because of this I've found someone who shares many of the same interests, values, and ideas as me, all thanks to participating in an event I found appealing to me.
The irony is too wonderful. You'll find it, too. Don't you worry.
Now it's just a matter of time and being willing to keep yourself open to the possibilities that are out there.
...I hope this was a positive and uplifting comment, though somewhat vague and idealistic. But that's me. :)
I just wanted to make a comment on what you said about wishing there were plants that needed less attention. There are, Casey, without a doubt; the problem is those plants (of which your sisters are a part, and where I'd like to consider myself) are the ones that you prefer to keep strong and enjoy.
This was a really, really great entry, especially the comments you made after the song.
