I ended up having one of the best days that I've had in a very long time because I spent my ENTIRE DAY doing fun things with friends. And I mean the friends that I have really developed some amount of genuine emotional bonds with. Roots, if you will. lol And I had a bit of an epiphany I wanted to share. I was originally just going to take a leaf out of your book and post "Like :-)," but there is one other thing I want to say.

"And when I realized today...how much I care about my friends and am falling into a sort of love with each of them.... I have plenty of places to show my love and to receive love in return."

Not only was this EXACTLY what I was getting at, but it's also what is goign to lead you to what you really, really want. Share that love you have with all of the important people in your life regularly, and people WILL take notice. I promise.
