When you're so stressed, just don't forget the time you sacrificed to be at peace to account for the stress you feel now. All is good. :)
The stress that I felt last night was not due to the peace I had Monday night. Besides, Monday night I couldn't do anything anyway because I grabbed the wrong binder.
And also, I prefer nights off every so often rather than just low-level stress every night. Nothing in my life has ever been constant, so I tend to function quite well in extremes, even if I don't like it.
