BellSouth DSL sucks!

We converted to BellSouth DSL about 3 weeks ago, and it has been one huge headache. Connection is up and down all day and night. Had a technician out a couple of days after installation to check the modem and inside connection/signal. They finally sent someone out two days ago to check the signal up to the house.
