100 Squats
Time: 24mins something.
Thursday: Jackie

50 Thruster 45lbs (modification: 30lbs)
30 Pull Ups (modification: jumping)
Time: 13:28 (split 5:03 for the row)
Both were followed by moderate intensity weight circuit training with cardio interludes. Back-focused on Tuesday, leg-focused on Thursday. Reassessment will happen on Tuesday of next week. This is where my trainer performs the same tests he did with me on our first session to see how I do. I hope to improve my numbers for push-ups (regular full-length kind, 13 to beat from last test) and plank time (1:11 to beat from last test).
