Thought I'd post my collection of sentences that I wrote for a challenge over on bleach_muses.

[INEVITABLE] After 12 months of blushing, stuttering, squeaking and unnecessary beatings from Renji, it seemed inevitable that Momo would say yes to Izuru; but even though everyone had seen it coming, the blonde still fainted.
[TRANSFER] Momo was the first to congratulate Izuru on his promotion to the 4th Division, but somewhere behind the smile, she was heartbroken to see him go.
[ANONMYOUS] Considering Kira and Hinamori had been studying together for the last 2 years, considering they had gone over each other's notes a countless amount of times, considering they both knew each other's handwriting and style of writing back to front and considering Kira was not only first in his class, but first in his entire year; one would think he would have known better than to leave Hinamori an 'anonymous' love letter.
Izuru, Wabisuke
[SHEATHE] The first time Izuru sheathed his sword after acquiring shikai, he felt a strange wave of belonging wash through him and he whispered, "welcome home, Wabisuke."
[SHEATHE] Every time Izuru heard that solid 'click' of Wabisuke falling back into his sheathe, he would be filled with a strange mix of relief and sorrow; he wasn't sure if it made him feel better or worse when Wabisuke thanked him for another day's hard work.
Shuuhei, Kazeshini
[INVISIBLE] Kazeshini cursed the fact that his wielder was so preoccupied by taking care of his division that he had made close to no progress on his Bankai training- because that meant the spirit couldn't materialise; he was just another bodiless voice, no different to the voice of Tousen Kaname, still resonating in Shuuhei's heart.
[PROMISE] Shuuhei sat alone in his office floor, his back pressed against the wall and his eyes red and swollen from tears he'd never admit he'd cried; first Muguruma-taichou, the Captain he never truly met, then Tousen-taichou, the Captain he had built his entire soldier life around, he promised both these men (though Kensei would not have known) he'd be loyal to them, but they kept disappearing one after the other and this was enough to tear Shuuhei apart- until he heard a voice call out, a voice he'd made a life long contract with, the voiced yelled "I said I'd let ya use my power, so ya better get off your ass and use it, or I'll give you something real to cry about!"
Hisagi/Kira
[(MIS)CALCULATE] Kira calculated exactly how much speed and force he would need to shunpo from one branch to the next, but he did not take into account how weak his destination branch would be, and as his brain rushed to figure out which was the best way to hit the ground without breaking his neck, he forgot to take into account that Hisagi had been watching him and would always be there to catch him when he fell.
[RAIN] Izuru stood beside his friend and Shuuhei gathered that the blonde was unimpressed, judging by the soft 'huff' that the blonde emitted, followed by a mumbled "told you to bring your own umbrella', but Shuuhei couldn't help but grin at the soft blush that crossed the blonde's face.
[JOURNEY] Kira gave Hisagi a quick nod when their paths met and they walked side by side towards the gate to the fake Kakakura town, where the final war against Aizen would begin; he hadn't meant to do it, but somewhere along the way Kira's hand had found Hisagi's and their fingers tangled together in an attempt to comfort each other as they walked, both silently wishing this walk would never end, that they would not have to face what awaited them at the end of this path.
[CONFESSION] Rangiku suggested it first, Renji made jokes about it, Momo giggled way too much at the idea, Izuru awkwardly side stepped the topic all together and they all argued about how serious the topic had become; but Shuuhei knew, he had admitted to himself long ago that the reason he kept accepting Rangiku's invitations to drink, the reason he put himself through the hell of working with a mind splitting hang over was because every time he went to the 10th to get drunk, he would wake up the next morning half naked, next to an equally half naked Kira Izuru.
Renji/Rukia
[REUNION] Rukia stepped into the office for the first time since Renji became Lieutenant (it was also the first time she’d spoken to Renji without the execution looming over them since he became Lieutenant), "Renji," she whispered, looking at her childhood friend and wondering when the boy she met in Rukongai became the man that stood before her, her words were lost as Renji strode across the room and pulled her into a tight hug, his voice barely a whisper, "Welcome back, Rukia."
[ACCIDENT] He hadn't meant for it to happen, they'd met by chance stayed friends ever since and through the decades they knew each other, Renji had no intention of falling in love with Rukia; but even though on some level he thought it was fate she met Ichigo, even though he loved the way she smiled when she was with the human, Renji couldn't help but hurt whenever he saw the two together because he hadn't meant to fall in love with Rukia, he hadn't meant to want her by his side, and his side only.
Toushiro/Momo
[FORMAL] Toushiro thought that because Momo had wanted him to go to his high school formal so badly, he may as well have dragged her along to suffer with him- "should have known better though," he thought as the young brunette dragged him store to store, hunting down the 'perfect suit' for him to wear.
