Horrific Bites

For the last couple of weeks I have been suffering from a string of strange bug bites.  At first I thought them merely mosquito bites and dismissed them as unimportant.

Apparently not only are they not mosquitoes, they are bites from a mite that is a growing epidemic in Northern Cincinnati suburbs.  Great.  To be all gross like I'll tell you about

Woahgross! You know...they don't have mites in Alaska. Just putting it out there :)

but they do have pregnant teenagers, and we all know what kind of problems those bring ;)

that's right ... babies. I'm allergic to babies.

Ha! Awesome. We have creatures at our doorstep, but they are cute. And don't leave skin abrasions. Hummingbirds! We got a feeder for the balcony. It's like having pets, only cheaper and cleaner.
