Reginald is the perfect blend of charming, eccentric, and creepy. Syl is the only one he's ever really been attracted to, and his favorite sport is murder. He's also very cunning and makes a personal game of outsmarting people or just taking them by surprise. He has a flair for theatrics and knows exactly how to manipulate people into liking him, disliking him, or generally doing what he wants.

Publicly he is considered eccentric yet fair and very sociable.
