I feel your pain. It's always good write stuff down, I find it helps me a lot, and I've gotten stressed to that point this past week, but I haven't taken action.
You are never a burden to others. One of the greatest ways to feel better is to talk about it. And besides, that's what friends are for right? Well, if you can consider me a friend. =P
I always find that the best medicine is to allow people to talk, so if you're feeling down, feel free to chew my ear off. I can listen, despite the general impression I give others, I'm not a complete asshole. xD
And don't hate yourself, for the love of Molasses-covered Monkeys!; You're a very nice person! At least I think so. =)
