so, i was sitting here reading through some old entries, and i found this comment that you had left.
unfortunately there is a very fine line between rose-colored glasses and naivite in most people's minds. but there is certainly no harm in looking at the wold one way or another. the way i see it, you should look at things the way that takes the least energy for you. if movies with happy endings make you sad, there's no point wasting time trying to change it.
most enlightened people believe that the more time you spend thinking about how to live your life and view the world, the less time you spend actually doing it.
looking back upon this, i realize the brillance in it. i know i've said it before, but i seriously need to apply that thought pocess to my life. i definately waste way too much time trying to reconfigure my brain. and i really like this little philiosophy.
