the art history exam was made unbearable by a complete lack of orgiastic overtones, so i sort of inserted them into my essay about judith slaying holofrenes.

hi, i saw your post on the pratt postboard. i'll be a writing major as well, and here's a list of why we should be friends:

1. my name is rachel, but my nickname is rae. rae and mae need to be friends, if only because they can be easily rhymed.
2. i also took the art history exam (ap, i presume?) and pretty much wrote five pages of bullshit, including but not limited to, "the female form, whether it be idealized or ostracized, is the barometer of a society's view of art..."
3. because you don't use capital letters, and that's fucking sweet.
4. because you spell correctly.

i don't know why i wrote such a long comment. let's be friends!

here's a list of reasons why you're absolutely right:

1) if we were sitting somewhere and someone walked by, they would say "hey rae, hey mae," and somewhere a rhyming dictionary would explode (note to self: find a kid named clay to hang out with as well).
2) your username is from pride and prejudice.
3) you also don't use capital letters, but you keep up all the other punctuation rules.
4) you list "driving standard" as an interest, and i can only be friends with people who drive stick.
