Greta Izura: Nice kid. As in, really young, huh? Itou will have to play nice. She's cute in her own right, and has taken well to him. He really doesn't mind her, although he has misgivings about her dog.
Francis Bonnefoy: Francis' lecherous ways alarm Itou, but he's quickly learning to ride with it. Itou's interesting in befriending new recruits, and Francis is no exception. At any rate, Itou likes how Francis is frandly enough. If not overly friendly. The good food is +9000 points! So is the long blond hair.
Lenalee Li: Nice kid. Better try to get on her good side. Overly helpful, perhaps?
Leo de Alkirk: Also from his batch of newly hires for the V2. H-h-horn! Interesting character, morally rigid and righteous as he is. Apparently a fierce fighter. He has frequent, dorky conversations with Itou, and Itou quite likes him.
Yong Soo: Friendly one. Also lecherous. Seems to like taking advantage of people, which Itou can clearly see and block with amusement.
Jade Curtiss: Hmm. Wary of Jade, looks like the guy has the potential to get in his way if their first exchange is anything to go by. Must assess further. But overall, Itou thinks he'll learn to like him.
Okita Sougo: Itou likes how Sougo treats Hijikata, though he's fairly surprised at Sougo's age. Also Sougo is hard to deal with. Something's not quite right with that boy.
Hijikata and Roy: Hmm, two people with the same face, apparently different personalities, and are both so far annoying. One of them likes mayonnaise very much.
Roy Mustang: Itou is too annoyed with Roy Mustang to bother being pleasant to him, though he does try. Sometimes. What a cheeky brat. Roy seems to like pissing him off, which, well. Pisses him off.
Hijikata Rou: This one is nicer without Roy Mustang around to make him grumpy. Why the warning against Sougo, though? Nevermind, Itou will take heed. Despite being quieter, Itou also gets pissed at him for being so hard to talk to. Like talking to a brick wall.
von Karma: A pretty ruthless and intimidating captain. Kind of funny in his own right. Itou wonders how to take him down.
Kristoph Gavin: Itou's old classmate and batchmate. They went to school and graduated at the exact same time. He had a sort of one-sided rivalry with Kristoph, but Kristoph being the natural genius, won the top spot rather easily. Itou vaguely resents him for that, but mostly they share a friendly, enemy-like, snarky relationship. Itou used to have a crush on him (he was eighteen, what), but not anymore.
Al-Cid: Hnnngh.
Cao Cao: What. Is this man for real? Itou doesn't care much for his poetry (or poetry in general), but he'll suck up to Cao Cao if it brings him something shiny.
Arthur Kirkland: Strategist. Potentially useful. Itou knows about Arthur's wayward brothers, and the fact that one of them is in the 4423 of all ships. In general, Arthur seems like the kind of person that needs to be cared for, though Itou's not really qualified for that. More than that, Arthur and Itou share a mutually... beneficial relationship in bed. Arthur's pretty difficult to be with, but it's not so bad. Itou learns how to deal with other human beings better with Arthur around, at any rate.
Miles Edgeworth: Itou thinks the man is fairly capable, and personally has nothing against him. Edgeworth however, is unfortunately in the way, and needs to be dispatched off. He struck Itou as a... trusting man, or at least he trusted Itou's capability as a navigator, which makes Itou like him a bit more than he normally would.
Miyo Takano: Doctor on board. He doesn't really know how sharp she is, but so far, he's pretty complacent with her. He thinks it's just as easy as buttering her up here and there. Oh, man, he's going to be surprised.
Larsa Solidor: Passenger on board. A strapping young man with impeccable manners and even more interesting connections.
Yurika Dojima: Daughter of an admiral. Likes keeping out of trouble and watching it happen, which is something Itou agrees with.

Histugaya Toshirou: Some kid from the Silvana. Easy enough to rile and bribe. Not sure if will be useful.
Gintoki: He didn't get the man's name, but Itou thinks he's a barbaric, loudmouthed idiot.
Takasugi and Bansai: Hnnnngh.
