Well, lectures once again. The Maths Department seems insistent on gradually pushing all my lectures into a minimum number of days. Wednesdays and fridays only have one thing each, while mondays have four and both tuesday and thursday are full from 9 to 5. Why would they not be capitalised? Do you not capitalise the names of months either?

Er, no. I don't like making them feel too important. They get full of themselves.

Damn straight. You've got to put things like months and years in their place. Also:

Thomas, in the past you've mentioned that you dislike capitalising deity names. However, I put it to you that IN ACTUAL FACT the reason the days of the week are capitalised is because originally they were Woden's day, Thor's day et al. THUS! You should be totally behind Huw's bold social experiment.

Your cat has the coolest name, btw! My cat back at my parents house loves to pounce on me and wake me in the middle of the night, too. She'd start pawing at me and purring...like it's time to play. But they're so CUTE, you're right, it's hard to get angry!
