I'm glad you love your new job sweetheart. It's good to enjoy where you work. I wouldn't want it any other way. Hence daycare. But yeah.

P.S. - I'm guessing it is because intimacy doesn't have to be as serious. The close, get inside of your head kind of thing. Trust me - I'm the same way. With relationships, it's a thing where you see your S.O. as often as you or they would like and have conversations. Serious ones, goofy ones, dead end ones, arguments, and all that jazz. But with just intimacy, you don't feel as much of the need to get personal and psychological.

Maybe that is just me.

Because I have paranoia and trust issues.
