Stenger was intent on killing the 12 TriMet employees he blamed for firing him.

Well holy crap. His bail, incidentally, has gone up to $1 million.

One of a few - a bus operator told me about the first blog, after which I found several others and told a rail manager who had no idea that it was going on but remembered Stenger from his brief stint at rail (and said it was a good thing I wasn't around when he was there because of what an utterly disgusting person he is).
