1. Easy Peasy - that's Lager.
2. Spaghetti Bolognaise. followed by bread and butter pudding made with dried fruit marinated in lime juice.

Why - Cause after eating Spag Bog, you get all warm, comfortably full and calm and happy (if you eat enough of it).
The Bread and butter pudding made ala Kiri is unexpectedly delicious, and has a bit of surprising kick to it when you bite on a bit of dried fruit. It leaves you feeling happy and warm and comfy.

Just like me :D

1. Easy Peasy - Arnold J Rimmer! I'm not interested in gels, and Dwayne's teeth and dandruff are a definite turn-off!
