So now Ianto knows what Jack has been doing and what the future holds for the pair of them. I'm glad he's going to let Jack continue to share his life energy, and I hope they'll have a very happy hundred or so years together until their hearts give out. They deserve to have a life together and the time to enjoy it, and Jack will be happier knowing that there will be an end to his existence.
Sweet that Ianto has given Jack a new bed, they'll be much more comfortable. I also love the idea of them wearing matching rings!
