About a month ago my roomates informed me (didn't ask mind you, informed) that a friend of hers and her two daughters (and, keep in mind, I _seriously_ hate children. Out of curosity (not because I disagree with you, because I don't. Get her out before she finds a way to stay there permenatly)

Well, first of all, I would remember that in a roommate situation, you really should have all parties agree to something that is going to make a drastic change to the place. The fact that your roommates didn't ask or discuss, merely informed you of this situation is very wrong of them. It sounds like they went behind your back and planned this, then ganged up on you and didn't give you a choice.

My advice? Get them alone. Go out for coffee or whatever and tell them that you are sick to death of having your place invaided by this woman and her children. She is living for free with you and that's not right. How will she ever become independent if she can sponge off of your guys.

Then discuss what sort of fair arrangement can be made. I understand that they might feel they can't just kick her to the curb, cause of the children, but make some arrangements that all three of you can live with and then inform this "guest" of them.

I don't see how your roommates can think this is any sort of perminant solution. Three extra ( ... )

*sighs* I've tried about everything I know. I mean, I won't be here much longer since I have to go back on campus once school starts again but this was _not_ how my summer was supposed to be.
