The circle test: revisted

So, FFXIV:ARR Beta Phase 3 rolled out last night. Finally, the phase with local(NA) data servers! No more connecting to Japan, no more excuses for the intolerable lag that plagued the original game. For reference sake, here's the test video from 1.0:

I appreciate you keeping peeps like myself up to date on this so we don't have to be disappointed first hand -.-;

Bigger letdown: this or Diablo 3?

Oof. Well I don't personally think ARR was too disappointing since anybody with eyes could see it coming a mile away. But FFXIV as a whole definitely takes the cake. You can at least see why some people could enjoy D3 as an 'ok' game, even if the AH and itemization completely destroys what Diablo is all about. XIV is just a debacle from start to finish.
