The Doctor will rise to his feet, curiosity clear on his face as he approaches. He's trying to recall being the Fifth at this point and time, remember what might be ailing him, but the memories are bleary.
He wonders if that's the Inn toying with him or his own head. Or possibly both, they do seem to like to do that on occasion.

"Hello stranger," he greets with a wide mile. "You seem unusually distressed today. Then again I think I might have been distressed a lot when I was you. Not that I wasn't distressed when I was everyone else but we're not talking about them, are we?"

Wincing, he presses his hand to his forehead, trying to bite back the thoughts flowing through his very body. In fact, he's even managing to pick up on some of this stranger's as well.
"Funny thing, regenerations..." He mutters. This fellow could very well be the Master in a disguise, so he's trying to move away from him, but with his body's weakness, hie finds it's a little more than difficult.

"Come on," he urges, resting a hand against the younger Doctor's shoulder and gently urging him forward. "Let's get you sitting down and then we can get down to business, yeah."
And look! He'll even run out in front of the Fifth and think up a cup of tea, holding it just out of reach and backing away towards the couch as a little extra motivation.

With the hand against his shoulder, eyes lift briefly from the shelter of his hand and he raises them to the other Doctor. Sitting down sounds lovely, it does, and so does the small scent of tea, but his whole body feels unstable.
He won't comment on the bribe of tea and instead braces himself against the wall to walk. The first step he takes is dizzying, but he continues, his mind aching, pounding, begging for him to just lay down and curl up somewhere. He needed to find that Zero room, that's what his head said. But how much of his head could he believe?
