001 - Hello there!

Ah. Well, this is rather unexpected. Certainly not on Androzani any more. Almost certainly not regenerated, and… well, contrary to appearances, I don’t remember the TARDIS being embedded in one of the corridors of a ship, so I imagine this is not actually the TARDIS.

Quite unexpected. I suppose I’ve appeared in stranger situations though.

[Well, this is fortuitous. The Doctor-- oh, his favourite Doctor-- right next door! Now, that's not the fortuitous part. After all, more Doctors equal more problems. But, he has the TARDIS. He has the TARDIS and he has no idea that Mr. Harold Saxon just so happens to be his best enemy.]

[What a brilliant day this is shaping up to be. Maintaining the persona of a slightly hapless politician, he hurries from his room and to the next, knocking on the door]

Doctor? It's me-- Mr. Saxon.

[The Doctor is slightly troubled by all of this, if he's perfectly honest. Mr Saxon thinking this is a pleasure cruise, the young man, Neil, thinking it was a rehabilitation center, combined with the woman claiming that they were on a path towards destruction? His being here was making more sense every minute, this was just the sort of place the TARDIS would sweep him off too.

And then there's a knock on the door, and he darts over to answer it with a smile]

Ah, Mr Prime Minister! Do come in!

[It's nice to work with people! And this is a man who sorely needs to get back home! The Doctor steps back to allow his visitor access into the TARDIS.]

Oh, hello. [That whispered greeting is actually for the TARDIS. Ah, the memories he has of this old girl. He wouldn't trade them for the universe--

--no, wait. He would.

The Master takes a quick look around the TARDIS-- much lighter than the current desktop theme-- then puts on an expression of extreme shock and wonder]

Goodness, Doctor. What is this place?

[The Doctor frowns ever so slightly. It's not that people don't respond to the TARDIS with a little awe on most first meetings with her, and Mr Saxons response is almost textbook. If there was a text book on these kinds of things, but he can't help but feel it might be slightly forced...

Still that's no excuse not to be polite.]

This is the TARDIS, my ship.

[A smile, as he heads over to the console, one hand strokes over it affectionately.]

Do you like it? I'm really quite fond of her you know.

Ah, excuse me?

I do apologize if we've met before, it can get a little complicated what with all the time travel, I appear to have forgotten your name...
