I really need to see a therapist to work it out but I'm pretty sure the first few sessions will just be me crying.
And what's wrong with that? Tears can also be a mask for anger. Because we're always told that we can't be angry. So what do we do instead? We cry. Crying is okay. So cry for a few sessions. Maybe a lot of sessions, but go. It really sounds like you're hurting and sometimes you just can't crawl out of it by yourself.
please do try and see a therapist because you deserve better; as someone who knows and loves you, you absolutely do, and you deserve to see it and, more importantly, believe it. ♥
