I deserve to be happy. I am finding the things that feed my happiness. I am learning to like myself. I'm learning to let things go, acknowledge that change takes time, and not be negative or too serious about everything. and endorphins. because endorphins make you happy, and happy people just don't kill their husbands. they just don't.
