from the moment my alarm clock wakes me up until I get up: ~40-80 min
get up until I leave my flat: 20 min + 20 min breakfast + 20 min preparing 2nd breakfast + 15 min of idling/lurking at the PC + 30 min shower (depending on what I'm gonna do the rest of the day)
