sleep deprevation does no good.

I have come to conclusion that while being sleep deprived in pursuit of your goals makes you feel like some sort of warrior on an ultimate quest, battling at whatever cost for the greater good of whatever it is at the moment.  It isn't. I don't think well when sleep deprived. I think and write alot better when I know what I'm doing instead of ( Read more... )

Yeah, it took me about four twelve hour nights to recover over thanksgiving and then I went right back to sleep deprivation right after it was over. It's ridiculous. People should not live like this.
I have started trying to catch up again and I've had two ten hour nights in a row. I'm starting to feel a little less groggy and a bit more alert in general, but I'm still tired. I really don't write well when I'm tired. There is a noticeable difference. And since my program is all about writing, I'm not getting anywhere by killing myself like this.
