The second might be a senior citizen, but in the UK you would have to wait far longer for the same operation - about 18 months. The NHS is free if you do not work - otherwise a large proportion of one's salary is taken by the government to pay for it. Workers do not get priority either.
Good joke and true. My dog had a tumour removed two days after the vet saw it - a human would have waited twelve weeks in our health system and only then if it was a suspicious lump. :D
