One of the good things about living in Japan is that if I want to try some Asian cooking, I don't have to go to a specialty market for ingredients. Everything I need is right there at the local supermarket. Since it's getting colder, and I've been feeling a bit under the weather myself, I've been making myself Chinese Hot and Sour Soup recently
